Call for Participation

Mobility has shaped the infrastructure and urban life of American cities. This interdisciplinary design challenge opens a creative space to envision the future of mobility over the next 25 years in response to the environmental crisis, socioeconomic inequalities, limited accessibility, isolation and safety of today's urban life. We encourage exploratory and generative research through design to illustrate North American regional or cultural use cases, user expectations and fear points, and user stories of underrepresented populations through accessible and/or autonomous vehicles with AI components.

Friday Workshop

Hands-on approach to design speculation about mobility experiences will be introduced in a workshop format.
